Here you can find Responsible Consumption’s terms and conditions that apply when you buy courses, lectures and other services from us.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after day 1 (the day the purchase was made). If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and explicit notice of your decision to withdraw from the agreement via e-mail to email@example.com. For you to have time to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient that you send in your notification that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We will without delay confirm by e-mail that we have received your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal *.
* Right of withdrawal does not apply (Chapter 2 11 § 11 p) for agreements relating to our digital pre-recorded lectures and courses. By confirming that you want to enter into an agreement on a digital lecture of Responsible Consumption, you agree that the delivery will begin and that there is thus no right of withdrawal.
Effect of using your right of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund your payment that we have received from you without unnecessary delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were notified about your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the initial business event unless you have explicitly agreed with us to do otherwise.
Delivery terms, delivery times and conditions
Membership is confirmed as soon as payment is received, and the confirmation is sent via email. Membership is renewed annually, and the member receives a reminder via e-mail when it is time to renew the membership. The member has the right to terminate the membership at any time during the membership year by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the member resigns before it has used the entire membership year, the member has the right to have the remaining membership fee refunded if this is requested when the resignation takes place. If the member pays his membership monthly, the termination of the membership must take place 5 days before the next payment period, otherwise an additional monthly fee will be charged, and the membership will end the following month.
Distance courses are given on dates specified in the description of said distance course. Confirmation that you have received a seat for the course is confirmed when payment is received, and confirmation is sent via email. The distance courses are given digitally via a course room on the Responsible Consumption website and login to the course room is given prior to course start. Responsible Consumption has the right to cancel a course in the event of too few registrations.
Pre-recorded digital lectures are confirmed when payment is received and access to the lecture is valid for 48 hours from the time the payment has been confirmed.
Returns and complaints
You have the right to cancel your purchase of our distance courses without stating any reason within 14 days (see details in Right of withdrawal above). Should you regret your purchase after 14 days, you can instead attend the training at the next course opportunity or switch to another available course by Responsible Consumption that is within the same price range. This can only take place if the course has not yet started or no later than 3 days after the start of the training.
Returns or complaints do not apply to agreements relating to our digital pre-recorded lectures. By confirming that you want to enter into an agreement for a digital lecture by Responsible Consumption, you agree that the delivery will begin. There is thus no right to return or complaint.
If you have become a member and regretted your choice, you can contact us at email@example.com to end your membership. If you want, you can get your membership fee refunded.
We guarantee that the information shared during our lectures and courses is current and relevant. If the link to one of our digital lectures or trainings does not work, the time for access to the current lecture or training is extended by as long as the link did not work. Should you be dissatisfied with our courses or lectures or if a link does not work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All payments are made via swish, bank card, credit card or bank transfer / direct debit in Swedish kronor. We can also offer invoices both to individuals and companies.
Materials and rights
Materials for our distance courses and lectures may not be spread outside the course room or outside Responsible Consumption’s website without Responsible Consumption’s approval.
